You commission SKP for on-site surveying or provide your own 3D laser scan data. Based on scan data of the entire building, SKP produces digital living space calculations and both dimensioned and undimensioned floor plans.

SKP’s pricing is based on the total area measured on-site – including living and usable space according to applicable standards. The number of units or floors has no impact on the price.
