SKP supports legally compliant living space calculations, digital floor plan creation, and the updating of outdated building data. Ideal for rent adjustments, utility billing, and owner reports – and directly integrable into your management software.

SKP delivers verified living and usable space calculations in accordance with DIN 277 and/or WoFlV, supplemented by dimensioned floor plans and 3D measurement results such as volume calculations, building elevations, and cross-sections – provided as PDF or DWG files.

You commission SKP for on-site surveying or provide your own 3D laser scan data. Based on scan data of the entire building, SKP produces digital living space calculations and both dimensioned and undimensioned floor plans.

Optionally, we also deliver volume calculations, building cross-sections, and elevations – as PDF or DWG files, fully documented, and ready for use in software, reporting, or transactions. Fast. Traceable. Standards-compliant.

Our space and property data are created based on recognized standards such as DIN 277 or WoFlV and are clearly documented. They can serve as a basis for ESG reporting, energy analyses, CapEx planning, and portfolio or accounting evaluations.
However, the specific use and interpretation within the relevant regulatory context remains the responsibility of the users and their professional advisors.

SKP’s pricing is based on the total area measured on-site – including living and usable space according to applicable standards. The number of units or floors has no impact on the price.

Billing is based exclusively on the actual square meter count – for maximum transparency and fairness.
